Airconstruct (Midlands) Limited occupy purpose built premises, ACM House. Our factory facilities are located within. Equipped with state-of-the-art CNC controlled manufacturing equipment driven by the latest computer software, ACM can produce high quality, precision ductwork for their installations.

The Firmac

The Firmac machine folds, bends and shears coils of galvanised sheet steel. It can produce 1.5m lengths of square or rectangular ductwork.

Computer controlled, it can accurately produce a single piece of ductwork every minute.

Nu-Loc Seamer

Used in conjunction with the Firmac, the Nu-Loc automatic seamer folds longitudinal seams onto the final edge of the duct produced.

Operating a speeds of up to 15m per minute, it produces seams that are straight, clean and airtight; not possible to produce by any other process.

The Lightning precision plasma cutting system (below) is the latest development in high performance plasma cutting technology.

Accurate positioning of the torch, super-smooth contoring, high speeds and acceleration produce optimum cut quality.

CNC computer controlled, and operated in conjuction with specific ductwork manufacturing software, the Lightning Plasma Cutter optimises material usage and cutting time to produce high quality, cost effective components.
