Employed within our contracts office are an experienced team of designers, daughtsmen, and contract engineers. A fully computerised estmating system is used in response to invitations to tender.

Specifications for air movement systems (ventilation, air conditioning, dust and fume extraction, heating etc.) may be submitted for tender using electronic or traditional means.

Design

Our designs have been used in all areas of the country, in both public and private sectors - projects range in size and complexity from the supply of goods only up to contracts in excess of £500,000

Our factory features a computerised plasma profiling machine and a coil line amongst its facilities.

Computer Aided Manufacture

Derived directly from the customer approved drawings, our computer system exploits both standard component libraries and our own designs. Optimised using 'shape nesting technology' before transfer to our CNC controlled plasma cutter, production is accurate and efficient.

We specialise in the supply, delivery and installation of ductwork in full accordance with the DW144 specification. All our work complies with the latest HVCA. codes of practice.

Upon completion of the ductwork installation we can offer ductwork pressure testing, air balancing and internal cleaning to meet with specification standards DW TM2 cleanliness levels.
