This project consisted of air handling plant positioned below ground level with a maze of ductwork running in building thickness, prior to rising into false ceiling voids and terminating with linear diffusers.

The V.V.T. air conditioning installation was completed on budget and on time.


#2 - 63 Queen Victoria Street

63 Victoria Street is a self-contained office building on a prominent island site in the heart of the City of London. Behind its elegant granite and limestone facade lies 42,000 sq ft of high quality air conditioned office space with:-

the project

This project consisted of roof mounted plant, ductwork serving seven floors, all terminating within the false ceiling with linear diffusers.

The project was fast track and incorporated many difficulties with the Mansion House tube station being directly beneath. Delivery restrictions, out of normal working hours, road closures for craneage were all overcome to complete the high quality office complex.
